Sprint 2 Success helps young people aged 16-21 who are seeking personal and professional growth to overcome self-doubt and unlock their full potential by providing hands-on learning, mentorship, and a supportive community over a 24-month period of time. Our participants go on to confidently pursue their career goals, develop leadership skills, and build lasting networks, positioning themselves as future leaders in their communities and industries.
